This facility arranges PET bottles in a row and transports them to the filling line. It will be used for different forms. The systems used so far are very limited. The optimized version has a high degree of automation, is durable, maintenance-free and universal with respect to the type of bottles. Its capacity is about 10,000 units per hour. Standard bearings were subject to frequent failures. Plain bearings from igus® are far more successful due to their various advantages – they are lubrication and maintenance-free and easy to install. A patent has been applied for this system.
