Series E6.29 ESD - openable along the inner and outer radius

The E6.29 ESD made of conductive ESD material for use in avoiding static charges is characterised by extremely quiet, low-vibration operation. The ultra-low noise levels have been confirmed in a recent report by the TÜV Immisionsschutz und Energiesysteme GmbH.

With extremely high fill weights, only conditionally applicable when side-mounted, with reverse bend radius RBR

Unsupported length

Dependence of the unsupported length on the fill weight
X-axis: Unsupported length in m FLB/FLG
Y-axis: fill weight in kg/m
Lower scale: travel S in m
FLB = unsupported with permitted sag
FLG = unsupported with straight upper run

The graphs for the unsupported length apply to the standard e-chains® in the material igumid® GLW. The values can also be used for assessing e-chain® applications in ESD special material.If the respective maximum unsupported length exceeds 80%, the suitability of the e-chain® should be verified by a practical test.

29.2.ESD and 29.2.1.ESD- Faster cable assembly
Fixed seat on one side with wide base, opposite side narrow for easy cable assembly (slightly clamping).

2300.xxx.ESD horizontal interior separation Locks securely into the separator at both ends, allowing a fixed width. Can be used as a full-width shelf for integrated interior separation or as a shelf for modular shelving at three levels.
