Series Z 045 - chain, can be filled along the inner radius

1. Very easy to fill
2. Very small pitch for quiet, smooth running
3. Limited torsional movement possible
4. "Push button principle" holds links together
5. Cable-friendly interior
6. Version E, filled along the outer radius
7. Version Z, filled along inner radius
8. Mounting brackets can be supplied
9. Available with 1 or 2-chamber design (permanently injection-moulded multiple chamber design for cable separation)

Available bend radii R: 18 to 38 mm
Pitch: 13 mm / link = 77 links/m

Series Z045 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: Hanging applications, standing applications
Horizontal: Unsupported applications �� 0.4 m
Circular movement: Rotating application possible, if necessary with reworking (from 180�� rotation angle mechanical reworking is always necessary)

When to use Series Z045

When a small e-chain? with 9.4mminner height and small pitch is required
For inner widths up to 27mm
For unsupported lengths up to 0.4m and fill weights up to 0.25kg/m
When easy filling without opening and closing of lids is required
Very small pitch for quiet, smooth running
If a light and cost-effective e-chain? is required

When not to use Series Z045

For applications with particularly high loads and long unsupported lengths
Series 06 E2 micro
Very quiet running is required
Series 045 E2 micro
High stability is required
Series 06 E2 micro
